As Waterbrooke grows, we are seeking Christian men and women willing to commit to what we are as a church, to who we are, and to the mission God has set before us. You will hear us speaking less of “membership” and more of “covenant partnership”.
Inherent in the word “covenant” is the idea of coming together, agreeing on purposes, privileges, and responsibilities. Are you a committed follower of Jesus Christ? Does God’s Word have authority over your life, and has His purposes gripped you? Are you willing to own our ministry in your daily life, to join the leadership core of the church and say,
“I stand with this family, I’m accountable?” If so, the Holy Spirit has placed you in this congregation for a purpose, and your gifts are needed.
We will meet from 9:00 – 9:55 AM, August 13 and 20th, in the Church lower level to discuss this covenant partnership we seek, and to answer your questions also. If you can attend, please contact Dan Esters via email (DanEsters@USFamily.net) so we can plan for handout materials. Please try to attend both meetings, we will cover different material and want to leave sufficient time for your questions each week.
